Reconciliation Action Plan
We have proud history of supporting the advancement of equality and opportunity for indigenous communities through our training and employment services. Our key initiatives include traineeships programs and support for Indigenous JV’s.
Our ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan will help us build the right foundations to fulfill our vision to educate our communities, demonstrate respect for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders (ATSI) and embed positive and sustainable cultural change.
We’re committed to creating a great place to work and through our employee community sponsorship program, we invest in organisations and individuals identified by our employees, that are close to their hearts and homes.
The program is ultimately about helping empower our employees extend our vision of seeing a future where everyone can reach their full potential.
Since its inception in 2021, we have contributed over $8,000 back to local not for profit organisations and individuals.
