Rob was one of the original founders of Skill Hire. He has over 30 years of industry experience. Rob has expertise in operational delivery, overall business management, culture and growth, as also held the roles of non executive director, chairperson and executive chairperson for Skill Hire.

Rob is an entrepreneur who founded Regional Training Services in the early 1990’s. Regional Training Services operated in the lower half of WA specialising in the training of youth and the long-term unemployed. Now these services are the cornerstone of Skill Hire and the GO2 business.

One of his strengths is the ability to attract funding for high profile projects, with collaboration from community, local, state and federal government funded employment programs. Linking these groups and specialist training helps to address skill shortages and improves the financial capacity for individuals in their respective communities.

Rob also has held committee memberships, directorships and chairperson roles with businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
