One of our key clients is seeking an energetic and dynamic Parts Interpreter to join their busy team. We would love to see your application especially if you have experience within automotive, mechanical, or engineering industries.
The primary function of the role will be to work closely with company clients and with department heads to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position will commence on a casual fulltime basis and will transition to permanent within 4 months.
Although no two days will be the same, your main duties will be:
- Receiving requests for quotes, PO's, and order changes from customers
- Responding to customer inquiries, dealing with complaints and providing courteous customer service
- Providing customers with accurate information regarding product details including price, delivery, and warranty
- Working closely with Field Sales Representatives to accurately service client
- Data entry of new accounts (experience with Pronto is desirable)
- General adhoc duties
This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, Microsoft Office skills, and experience with ERP systems (Pronto would be a benefit)
